Open System Preferences and go to Keyboard:

Select the Shortcuts tab. Make sure the box for "Use keyboard navigation to move focus between controls" is checked.

Open Safari Preferences:

Select the Advanced tab. Make sure the box for "Press Tab to highlight each item on a webpage" is checked.

Selective Service

Under federal law, most men must register with Selective Service within 30 days of their 18th birthday. The Selective Service System accepts early submission of registration information by 17-year-old men.
The Agency protects their registration information and automatically enters their data into the system when they turn 18.
